The accommodation includes a bright, well-proportioned room with a double bed, sofa and storage. There's full complimentary WiFi .Access to a laptop is possible too on request. The room also has a desk (not pictured).
Complementary tea & coffee is available in the kitchen. Self-catering is also possible in the kitchen which has electric hob, some fridge & freezer space, microwave, gas oven and grill. There's an iron and washing machine if needed though clothes are air dried naturally here.
The shared bathroom has a bath and powershower combined and is conveniently situated next to the bedroom and separate toilet .
The flat, which is on a residential low-rise residential estate benefits from a balcony with pleasant river-side views. The living room is often available to guests also.

The apartment is situated next to the picturesque River Lee Navigation in Tottenham Hale. The river in the Lea Valley is London's second river after the Thames where it joins at Limehouse.
It's also a few minutes' walk to Europe's biggest urban wetlands nature reserve, a gym, many walking and cycling routes.
There are nearby cycling opportunities and the historic Ferry Boat Inn is about 5 mins walk away.
